Eversa will never sell your information, in part or in whole, to advertisers. We will never disclose any client information for behavioral advertising targeting purposes.

Information Deletion

All accounts, including all personal information they contain, are automatically deleted one year after expiration or at any time at a client’s request. When deleting your account, Eversa will destroy, in part and in whole, all copies of your personal information, as well as pointers to this data and will ensure that this information is not recoverable or restorable by Eversa on all its active and replication servers. Accounts inactive for more than one year are deemed expired. Parents have the right to delete their children’s accounts if they are under 16 years old.

Information Rectification

Clients have access to their personal data in their accounts and can modify it at their complete discretion. In case you notice incorrect information, you have the right to submit a request to modify this information. Parents can modify information found in their children’s accounts if they are under 16 years old.

Information Access and Modification

Clients may submit a request to consult personal information collected by Eversa about them, in whole or in part. Eversa will make every effort to provide this information within a reasonable time or in accordance with legal requirements.

Eversa reserves the right to refuse to grant you access to your personal information if you do not provide sufficient information to verify your identity, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your request is unreasonable in view of the circumstances, or as provided by legislation.

Modification of this Policy

We plan to regularly review our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify it at any time. In the event of modification of this Policy, we will send you an email and post an update on our website. It is possible that in the future, Eversa may merge or be acquired by another company.
